| MONTANA ASSOCIATION OF FAIRS |
MISSION STATEMENT: The primary purpose of the Montana Association of Fairs is to promote the betterment of
fairs in Montana, primarily through legislative advocacy at the national, state, and local level, and through actively
researching grants and sponsorships for the benefit of the members.
To accomplish this purpose, the association will function as a resource network for the exchange of ideas and
information between trade and industry participants. It will disseminate information relevant to the fair industry and
may convene an annual convention for the exchange of information and education of its membership. A lobbyist may
be secured to assist in developing and promoting legislation beneficial to fairs. Grant writing and sponsorship
partnerships may also be implemented.
